Hole Scope

Quickly and reliably detect defects inside machined holes

  • High-speed detection of just 2 seconds per hole (with hole depth approx. 10 mm)

  • Captures the entire circumference of the hole without rotating the probe

  • Inspects  cavities in screw holes size M10 to M14 

  • Inspects burrs for holes from φ9 to φ14.

  • Can be attached to a robot for automated inspection
